How do I secure my date?
With a 50% deposit when you sign. Until then the date is not reserved.
When do I confirm the final guest count?
7 days before the event. Extra guests after that are charged per guest.
Do the prices include service and VAT?
Menu prices are per guest. Service 12% and VAT 14% are added on the final invoice only.
Can I taste the menu first?
Food tasting once a menu is selected: buffets and set menus from 50 guests, cocktail receptions from 25 guests. In-house tasting for up to 3 attendees, or a home sample for one person — date and price are confirmed by our sales team.
Which areas do you serve?
Transport is quoted per event based on the venue, and written in your quote.
Is everything halal?
Yes — no pork and no alcohol in any dish.
What about food allergies?
Allergens are marked on every dish. Tell us in your request and we confirm with the chef.
